美国德克萨斯原油连续两个月在25-27美元的区间受到支持而反弹上行, 加之受到近日投资风险偏好升温实现连续数日的连涨, 短期有望上探潜在阻力位置34美元附近，下方的潜在支持位置在31.40附近，只有顺利突破此位置，才有机会进一步上涨，上方潜在的多头目标可看41美元．

基本面：

沙特召集欧派克成员国与非成员国进行关于原油减产协议的协商，并于上个月与俄罗斯、卡塔尔与委内瑞拉达成协议将原油产量保持在１月份水平。根据路透社消息，俄罗斯产油公司宣布其将遵守协议，不再增产。

技术形态：

日线图中西德原油分别于１月份与２月份实现两次成功筑底反弹形态，这个区间在25-27美元，本周仍然呈现震荡上行的态势，但有遇阻回调的可能，上方的潜在回调阻力位置在34美元附近，下方的短期潜在支持位置在31.35美元左右。

目前可能出现的横盘区间可能会有个主要区域31-34, 28-31,25-28.

长期图形上看，虽然连续两个月在底部形成支持，但跌势仍然较强，对于底部确认需要更长的时间才能够形成确认。则上方的进一步潜在多头目标可能在41美元。
