The Role:
As Sales & Marketing Coordinator your focus will be to assist on building the brand as well as identify ways to ensure that the brand provides the optimal customer experience.
Your day will be filled duties such as:
• Providing direct support in all facets of the sales pipeline and administration requirements
• Scheduling appointments for the Business Development team
• Maintaining and updating sales pipelines and prospects lists
• Maintaining contact with existing customers re stock levels and special promotions, new products etc
• Preparing sales reports
• Assisting at trade shows and product launches when required
To be successful for this rare opportunity you will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role i.e. Sales Coordination, Account Management, Retail Sales or Sales Support
• High level skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Developed analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
• Experience in retail Supplies industry would be an advantage
• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business would be looked upon favorably
