Teller

Your duties will include:

1. Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.

2. Handle transactions and provide services according to the laid down procedures and standard of service:
a. Cash transaction;
b. Fund transfer;
c. Customer inquiry;
d. Account maintenance;
e. Customer Complaint handling;
f. Other assigned duties.

3. Build up good relationship with all customers.

4. Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level.



To be considered for this role ideally you will have:

1. College degree or above
2. Relevant experience preferred in cash handling
3. Good communications skills and ability to understand customer requirements
4. Good systems thinking skills and problem solving skills
5. Good interpersonal and team orientation skills
6. Proficient in PC applications and English
7. Good team player
