Position:

Administrator

Responsibilities:

·       liaising withconstruction site coordinators for site's requirement

·       monitoring inventoryof office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention tobudgetary constraints

·       overseeing facilitiesservices, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians)

Required skill:

·       Excellentorganizational and time management skills

·       Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills

·       Proficiencyin MS Office

·       Proficiencyin English

·       In addition:AutoCAD may be used

·       In addition:Chinese communication may be involved
