Computer, tablet trouble shooting skills (Prefer A+ certificate)
Network knowledge (TCP/IP)
Computer hardware and software knowledge
Programming skills - preferably PHP, HTML, SQL
Server Knowledge - Web Server, Database Server, NT server etc
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Office assistant skills is an advantage
Drivers License is essential
Qualifications Required:
Degree / Certificate in IT or related area
Must be able to identify, anticipate and resolve problems
Reliable and can work well as an individual and in a team environment
