Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Diagnose device and explain issue to customers
* Provide repair skill training to junior technicians
* Share ideas with store managers and promote and develop technicians
* Parts management
* Respond and resolve repair customer issues that have been escalated
To be considered for this role you will have;
* Retail experience is a MUST (ideally with phone repair experience)
* Time management and problem solving skills
* Be flexible to work on the weekends and late night trade
* Effective communication skills
* Reliable and dedicated to the job
