工作介绍

Your role will be to perform duties involved in/with daily administrative and basic accounts functions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for maintaining and assist Senior Assistant Accountant in Chart of accounts maintenance in the accounting system
- Other ad hoc duties to support the team
- Daily review and coding of invoices in Invoicing system and export into the accounting system
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Monthly recharge of intercompany invoices
- Monthly processing of corporate travel report
- Daily Bank Transactions Processing and General Ledger Reconciliation
- Process weekly supplier payment run
- Monthly reconciliation of Cost of Sale, Petty Cash and stocktake
- Maintain and Prepare month end reconciliation of balance sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
- Assist site managers with account coding and reconciliation queries.

- High attention to detail when sort, code and match invoices
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and able to prioritise effectively to ensure the needs of both the clients and the business are fulfilled
- Flexible and readily accepts change, adapting quickly by recognising the benefits and promoting change to others in a positive manner
- Ability to facilitate and work within teams to achieve common business goals
- Demonstrated ability to effectively take on higher levels of responsibilities
- Sound computer skills, including MS Office software package
- Proven professionalism, initiative, integrity and ethics
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Managing time and priorities to check and send invoices by setting timelines, coordinating tasks for self and with others
