Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the logistics of all incoming orders, liaising directly with customers, suppliers, logistic companies for the delivery of products.
Assist sales with incoming phone calls and email inquiries
Issue order numbers and process order paperwork
Liaise with overseas factories to ascertain current information on readiness of orders and update shipment summary as appropriate until arrival of shipment
Ensure all shipment documents are received from factories prior to arrival of shipments and review before sending to customs clearance agents
On arrival of shipment send delivery instruction, including delivery dockets from MYOB and pack lists to relevant unpack depot advising of orders in shipment and customer details including description of goods weights and dimensions
Obtain freight quotes
Email delivery notification
Ensure receipts of signed delivery docket and con note as soon s possible
Send out EOM emails to all distributors listing their current consignment stock as per company's records
Update stock ledger
