As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Mobile Phone Technician that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices
* Trouble-shooting customer inquiries/Technical phone issues
* Demonstrate excellent repair skills to customers
* Carry out quality control test
* Provide repair skill training to new or junior phone repair technicians

Requirements

* Proven work experience in Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices repair as a mobile phone technician for at least 6 months
* Exceptional Mobile Phone Repair skills across all popular brands of Smartphone and Tablets
* Micro soldering level repair skill will be preferred but not essential
* Strong technical attributes and responsibility
* Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
