Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking to recruit a full-time sales representative. He/She must be good at building relationships, prioritising tasks, motivated self-starter who is passionate and enjoys learning about the solar industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to show the following qualities:

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
• Communicate and coordinate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
• All information and proposals sent to clients are prepared and communicated with a high level of professionalism
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
• Preparing quotes, respond to new leads, and customer enquiries within agreed timeframes
• Maintain consistent follow up to convert them into appointments
• Attend regional and interstate trips when required
• Establish and nurture relationships with former clients and potential clients to facilitate sales
• Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
• Use data to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
• Working with management to continually develop marketing materials according to customer feedback
• Developing plans with management to expand existing market segments
• Tracking the progress of leads and maintain weekly sales planning reports
• Achieving agreed upon sales targets and sets KPI (Probation Period Apply)

Qualifications:
• Has a strong capability in communication (verbal and written skills, including the ability to make presentations
• Mature, smart in appearance with great Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
• Has a positive attitude and impeccable attention to detail in preparing reports.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
• Experience in similar field will be considered an asset
• Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
• Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook), Google Drive and etc
• Initiative to stay up to date with the latest industry news and to learn the ropes
• Ability to work autonomously and within a small team environment and take on the responsibility of tasks from inception to finish.
• Time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
• Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
• Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
• Multilingual speakers in both verbal and written communication can be an advantage
• Current Drivers Licence
