The company has been accredited by NLIS (National Livestock Identification System), and aims at supplying Australian Farmer with the standard NLIS tags and deliver speedy customer service such as customised logo printing. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time positions:

一，Customer Order Administrator 公司技术文员
- Processing online orders (下单系统订单的处理)
- Laser printing RFID tag (激光打印电子标签)
- Label package and courier dispatch (包装和发货 e-Parcel 处理)
- Database update to NLIS national database (数据上传同步)
- Attention to details and responsible in the following tasks as per ISO9001 (无需特别工作经验但必须勤奋细心和高度责任心):
1. Audit Customer Order On-line
2. Farmer PIC ID Integrating check
3. Check All Farmer information filled correctly (shipment and contact details)
4. Validation check of the overall order
5. Products information filled completely and correctly
6. Check delivery date is possible and realistic
7. Approve the order, and give feedback to order (distributor and agent)
8. Generating sales order and process printing
9. Despatch and e-parcel
10. Customer Support and Service - Deal with Customer complaints and provide resolutions


二，Marketing Manager(市场推广经理)

- Determination and review of product-related requirements
- Signing of sales contracts and processing agreements and the return of sales.
- Have the authority to sign sales contracts and process sales and sales of products.
- Responsible for receiving and recording customer visits, letters, calls, establishing user files and responsible user services on behalf of the company
- To organize customer satisfaction surveys, to promptly respond to and process customer information, especially customer complaints.
- Organize market research, collect market and customer information, and transmit it to the company leadership and relevant departments in a timely manner to study marketing strategies and continuously increase market share.
-Responsible for the delivery of finished products and the transportation of materials.
- Responsible for the statistics of the total amount delivered
- Responsible for customer requirements and customer request changes to keep in touch with customers.
- Responsible for the preparation of marketing plans and communicated to relevant parties to monitor implementation.

Qualifications：
Education: Have a territory education or above. Strong public relations ability and organisation and coordination ability.
