1. We are currently seeking a casual Front Office Receptionist/Porter (Prefer male) who can handle various tasks and occasionally stay overnight at the hotel.
2. One Front Office Receptionist (male or female) with some basic accounting skills. Proficiency in using myob. At least 38 hours per week guaranteed.
Sometimes you may need to stay overnight at hotel. Long-term worker priority!!!!
Your main duties are, but not limited to:
·Check guest in/out
·Maintain guest accounts
·Manage reservations
·Answering Phones
·Scheduling Quotes
·Generate reports and more
Qualities of our ideal candidate would include:
·Strong organizational skills
·Strong PC skills
·Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
·Show attention to detail
·Show initiative and be a problem solver
·Be enthusiastic and friendly
·Have a good work ethic and be of professional appearance
·Exceptional interpersonal skills
·Ability to correspond with tenants, guests and owners VIA email
Our requirements:
·The candidate MUST have a valid VISA
·The candidate has experience in tourism, hospitality, real-estate or retail
·The candidate has ambition to pursue a career in the hotel, tourism or real-estate industry
Our company is located in summer hill regions, so there is a possibility that candidates are expected to travel to both areas in the near future.
