Casual的是底薪加提成，合同工是提成制；

两种的确定是通过2+1轮面试、3-5天的试工、一个月的培训期（这个期间是带薪的）、3个月 的试用期后决定的（这个期间是带薪的）

这个期间综合薪水不低于$25/H

以上是正常情况，也就是不通过公司申请407、482、186签证者

如果申请公司担保做移民的只能是Casual，所以请在面试的 时候和公司说明清楚，并作出决心

About the role

Our friendly team is looking for an experienced Conveyancer/Property Lawyer with at least 2 year+ of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be familiar with conveyancing and be able to demonstrate experience of conducting sale and purchases of residential property from beginning to end.

You will also have the support and access to senior lawyers within the firm for more complex matters.
