Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Bookkeeping, Real Estate, E-commerce & Life Admin)
📍 Location: Remote (Preference for Australia-based candidates, but open to the right fit)
⏳ Hours: 10-20 hours per week
💰 Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to help manage multiple businesses, real estate investments, and personal admin tasks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves organizing, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

Your work will involve bookkeeping, business coordination, real estate investment support, and life admin, ensuring everything runs smoothly in both business and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Bookkeeping & Financial Management:

Track and manage financial records across multiple businesses and personal expenses
Reconcile transactions, categorize expenses, and ensure timely bill payments
Work with accountants and tax professionals for financial reporting and compliance
✅ Real Estate Investment Support:

Maintain records for rental properties, leases, and expenses
Track rental income and expenses for reporting and tax purposes
Assist with property management tasks (e.g., scheduling maintenance, liaising with tenants)

✅ E-commerce & Business Operations:

someone who had a bit of ecommerce experience
✅ Life Admin & Personal Organization:

Manage personal appointments, travel bookings, and schedules
Organize emails, files, and to-do lists to optimize productivity
Research and arrange lifestyle-related services (e.g, personal purchases)

Help with reminders, bill payments, and other day-to-day tasks
Who You Are:

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bookkeeping or financial admin experience (Xero/QuickBooks knowledge preferred)
✔ Understanding of real estate investment (rental property management, expenses, reporting)
✔ Background in e-commerce operations (Shopify, Amazon, product sales, inventory management)
✔ Experience in personal/executive assistance (life admin, scheduling, travel planning)
